Hey,
This blog is going to be my little bullhorn to spout my fancies to the world. I hope to be like the Marquis de Sade at the Bastille - broadcasting daily to no one in particular, with no expectations of response.
I am going to write about things that I love and things that I hate. In the former category I have writing, stories, books, movies, roleplaying games, current affairs, and whatever else tickles my fancy. In the latter, I am sure I'll find an idiotic flavour of the month to rant on about.
But never expect anything deadly serious, philosophic, or (gasp!) deep. For myself, I don't even expect anyone to read this blog, which I think is the best way to ensure that it stays to true to my intention.
Then again, the old Marquis was cited as one of the reasons the Bastille was torn apart brick-by-brick. I don't foresee any such consequences, but if you read this and it makes you smile, frown, or think, feel free to drop me a (polite) line.
